Job summary

JLL is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager (High Voltage) in Poughkeepsie, NY. You will lead the High Voltage Department, ensuring reliable operation of critical electrical systems across a multi‑million sq ft portfolio, while coordinating with clients and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in HV systems and 3–5 years in management. The role is onsite, with a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive compensation range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related technical field.
• 8–10 years experience in medium‑high voltage systems.
• 3–5 years in supervisory role.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution systems, UPS, generators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the High Voltage Department to maintain zero backlog in OM/PM work orders.
• Oversee vendor maintenance programs and coordinate repairs for electrical equipment.
• Develop maintenance specifications and supervise multi-year switchgear maintenance.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and deliver status updates in meetings.
• Provide engineering support for campus projects and perform electrical studies.
