Job summary

You will drive end‑to‑end development from concept through validation and release, collaborating with suppliers and cross‑functional teams, applying DFSS, DFMEA, and DVP&R to meet performance, cost, and timing goals. This role requires strong problem‑solving and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of engineering experience minimum.
• Experience defining customer/internal requirements.
• Experience in DVP&R and DFMEA.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end product development from concept through validation and production release.
• Design components to meet vehicle functional, performance, and packaging requirements using DFSS.
• Lead DVP‑driven development and validation activities; perform structural engineering analysis.
• Support electronic hardware and software validation; prepare release documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams across Stellantis to ensure program execution.
