Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA engineers design and release high voltage power panels and related hardware for automotive applications. You will drive end‑to‑end development from concept through validation and production release, using DFSS methods and leading DVP‑driven activities.

You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams across Stellantis, ensuring program timing, quality, and cost objectives while driving continuous improvement and cost reduction throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in setting and assessing customer requirements.
• Experience with DVP&R.
• Experience with DFMEA.
• Experience with NX, Teamcenter, and change management processes.
• Strong understanding of vehicle performance.
• Ability to lead large teams.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design components to meet vehicle requirements using DFSS methodology.
• Lead DVP‑driven development and validation activities.
• Perform structural analysis and support hardware/software validation.
• Prepare release docs aligned with schedule, quality and cost.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
