ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an experienced Electrical/Wire Harness Integration & Release Engineer to join our engineering team in Auburn Hills, MI. You will support electrical architecture coordination, harness integration, and release management across vehicle programs, collaborating with EE, harness, manufacturing, and program teams to meet program goals.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, 5+ years in automotive electrical or wire harness work, and strong

Bachelor's degree in EE/ME/Automotive or related field.
5+ years in automotive electrical or wire harness engineering.
Strong knowledge of automotive wire harnesses, electrical architecture, connectors, and vehicle electrical systems.
Experience with electrical/wire harness integration and engineering releases.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Support integration and coordination of vehicle electrical systems and wire harnesses across programs.
Assist with routing, packaging, interfaces, connectivity, and system integration.
Review program timing and communicate updates to cross-functional teams.
Collaborate on technical feedback with EE and wire harness teams.
Track electrical and wire harness deliverables through the program.
Participate in risk mitigation meetings and issue resolution.
Manage Project Specification Releases and related engineering releases.
Support change requests and use DOORS for tracking.
