Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical testing, maintenance, construction, commissioning, or related power industry work.
• Experience working with low-, medium-, and high-voltage apparatus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based reporting.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, drug, and alcohol screenings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, retrofit, and test HV equipment.
• Operate primary/secondary injection testers, insulation analyzers, and related test gear.
• Complete PEARL documentation and PowerDB test reports on time.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Follow OSHA, NFPA 70E, PEARL, NETA and company safety requirements.
• Support project planning, scheduling, execution, and cost control.
• Maintain tools, testing equipment, and company vehicles.
