Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in electrical testing, maintenance, construction, commissioning, or related power industry work.
• Experience with low, medium, and high-voltage apparatus.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based reporting.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, drug, and alcohol screenings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, retrofit, and test high-voltage equipment.
• Operate electrical testing equipment and document results accurately.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Follow safety standards (OSHA, NFPA 70E, PEARL, NETA) and support project planning.
• Maintain tools and testing equipment; assist with travel to sites as needed.
