Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• PMP Certification highly preferred.
• 3–7 years of Project Management, Program Management, or Operations Leadership experience.
• Experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Millwork, Building Products, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of customer projects from order acceptance through delivery.
• Drive scheduling, supplier coordination, customer communication, and project execution to ensure commitments are met.
• Help build scalable processes and operational excellence as the organization grows nationally.
