Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience.
• At least 10+ years' experience working with a general contractor.
• LEED certifications experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor multiple Project Managers and Senior Project Managers across a business unit.
• Drive project profitability through oversight and negotiation as needed.
• Lead recruitment and development efforts for project teams in collaboration with People Strategies.
• Present to external stakeholders on Hourigan's behalf and build relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and clients.
