Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of work experience in business operations, consulting, customer success, finance, or similar operational role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track cross-functional projects across customer success, operations, finance, and internal initiatives.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor task completion and proactively follow up with stakeholders.
• Support client-facing project coordination and onboarding processes.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, documentation, and operational reporting.
