Job summary

The Richmond Group USA is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team supporting design, application, and manufacturing of engineered civil and site products. You will own processes, coordinate with Operations, Sales, customers, and Product Development to move projects from design to installation.

This leadership role combines people management with technical engineering and customer support, with visibility across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with civil background.
• Experience leading engineers and/or drafters.
• Experience with civil infrastructure, site construction, or related engineered products.
• Strong leadership and ownership to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and drafters in civil/site projects.
• Oversee design, application, and manufacturing support for engineered products.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, customers and Product Development to move projects from design to installation.
