Meal Ticket is expanding its sales team and seeking a high-velocity SDR to generate SAOs through rapid qualification and disciplined outbound activity. The role combines inbound and outbound duties with a strong emphasis on process and pipeline creation daily, partnering with AEs and Marketing to optimize lead flow.

We value high energy, coachability, and a proven ability to work at high tempo. 0-3+ years in SDR roles is acceptable; restaurant tech interest is a plus.

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years in SDR roles; junior or mid-level considered based on skill and drive.
• Strong phone presence and ability to follow a process while handling high-volume metrics.
• High urgency with 100+ dials per day and fast qualification discipline.
• Passion for restaurant technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inbound (50%): qualify inbound leads quickly, validate ICP fit and urgency, and hand off to AE with clean handoffs.
• Outbound (50%): build outbound pipeline through high-volume outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Execution & process discipline: maintain CRM hygiene and hit daily SAO targets.
• Collaboration: work with AEs and Marketing to optimize lead flow and messaging.
