Job summary

Shift4 is seeking an Account Executive (3PI / Commercial) in a hybrid role based in Center Valley, PA. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—for Non-Enterprise, Enterprise, and Partner channels, while developing referral relationships with ISVs and software partners.

The role demands strong outbound activity, consultative selling, and accurate onboarding. Prior success in SaaS/fintech sales, CRM experience, and excellent communication are essential for driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential merchants across Non-Enterprise, Enterprise, and Partner channels.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through signed agreement and onboarding.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with ISVs and software partners to generate inbound opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact for merchants referred through partner channels.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand merchant needs and position Shift4 solutions.
• Complete merchant applications accurately and efficiently, with urgency on Enterprise-tier accounts.
• Maintain consistent outreach activity through calls, emails, and follow-up cadence.
• Track pipeline activity, sales performance, and opportunities within Salesforce CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales production minimums and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and partner satisfaction.
• Stay current on Shift4 products, pricing, and industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
