Job summary

Georgia Spa Company in North Georgia, GA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to educate customers about premium hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and cold plunge systems, and guide them to personalized wellness solutions.

You’ll work in a consultative sales role with opportunities for uncapped commissions, supported by ESOP ownership and a strong product-training program. This is a full-time position with weekend availability and career growth within a growing regional leader.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of successful commission-based retail or consultative sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn product benefits and convey them to customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the showroom and learn their lifestyle and goals.
• Demonstrate premium wellness products and articulate benefits.
• Prepare quotes and proposals; follow up with leads.
• Build long-term relationships and generate referrals; visit homes when needed.
