Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting across Curvion Blue's sales organization and build a bench of exceptional talent.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound strategies.
• Screen, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and offer management.
• Track metrics like pipeline, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
