Job summary

Curvion Blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruiting across the sales organization and build a bench of exceptional talent. This role focuses on identifying A-Players for high-ticket sales environments and moving candidates through a fast, rigorous process.

You'll source, qualify, interview, and coordinate offers, collaborating with leadership to define what great looks like for each role. Prior sales exposure is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting.
• Ability to source, qualify, interview, and move candidates through a high-volume hiring process.
• Familiarity with sales roles and high-ticket sales preferred.
• Bonus points for prior sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build proactive talent pipelines for closers, setters, sales leaders, and revenue roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound strategies.
• Screen candidates using scorecards and role-specific profiles.
• Develop relationships with top sales professionals and maintain a warm network.
• Maintain ATS data, track recruiting metrics, and coordinate interviews.
• Support offer creation and onboarding, ensuring strong candidates start smoothly.
