Curvion Blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruiting for the sales organization, building a bench of top performers and aligning profiles with leadership expectations. You will source, screen, and move candidates through a high-volume process, emphasizing sales talent and outbound outreach.

The role requires hands-on recruiting, strong communication, and collaboration with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting salespeople, preferably revenue-generating roles.
• Ability to source candidates beyond inbound applications.
• Comfortable conducting candidate screens and recommending to hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Build proactive talent pipelines for sales roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound strategies.
• Assess candidates against defined scorecards and success profiles.
• Track recruiting metrics: pipeline volume, conversion, time-to-fill, quality of hire.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and evaluations.
• Partner with hiring managers to improve the recruiting process.
