Job summary

Curvion Blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruiting for our sales organization, building a bench of exceptional talent. You’ll partner with leadership to define what success looks like for each role and actively source, screen, and move candidates through a fast-changing hiring process.

This hands-on role emphasizes outbound sourcing, strong candidate communication, and data-driven hiring. Prior experience in sales or high-ticket environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting salespeople, preferably revenue-generating roles.
• You know how to source candidates rather than relying exclusively on inbound applicants.
• Comfortable conducting candidate screens and making recommendations to hiring managers.
• Able to quickly identify whether someone's experience matches what they're claiming.
• Comfortable talking to salespeople.
• Understand performance-driven environments and metrics.
• Able to manage multiple open roles without losing track of candidates or details.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting across Curvion Blue's sales organization and build a bench of exceptional talent.
• Source, screen, and move candidates through a fast-changing hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, screening, roles plays, and evaluations.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline stages in the ATS; track key recruiting metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers to continuously improve the recruiting process and hiring quality.
