Qualifications

• 1+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting salespeople, preferably revenue-generating roles.
• Able to source candidates rather than rely on inbound applications.
• Comfortable screening and recommending to hiring managers.
• Able to assess fit against defined criteria and scorecards.
• Comfortable talking to salespeople and understanding sales dynamics.
• Oriented to metrics, multi-role management, and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build proactive pipelines for closers, setters, sales leaders, and revenue roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound strategies.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate evaluation stages and offers.
• Maintain candidate data and track pipeline metrics and quality of hire.
• Partner with hiring managers to continuously improve the recruiting process.
• Support offer creation and candidate acceptance and onboarding.
