Curvion Blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and manage sales talent pipelines, focusing on high-ticket roles. You will source, screen, interview, and move candidates through a fast-paced process while partnering with leaders to define what top performers look like.

This hands-on role emphasizes outbound sourcing, candidate experience, and recruiting operations. A background in sales experience is a bonus, with an emphasis on timely, data-driven decisions.

Competenze

• 1+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting salespeople, preferably revenue-generating roles.
• Comfort with outbound sourcing and candidate outreach.
• Ability to screen and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
• You enjoy talking to people and can identify genuine sales experience.

• Build proactive talent pipelines for sales roles including closers and leaders.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach strategies.
• Screen, interview, and move candidates through a high-volume process.
• Own candidate experience and keep applicants engaged throughout the process.
• Maintain ATS data, track metrics, and partner with managers to improve process.
• Support offer creation and onboarding readiness for selected candidates.
