Job summary

Curvion Blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and manage talent pipelines for its sales organization in Albuquerque. You will own recruiting across the sales team, partner with leadership to define ideal profiles, and move candidates through a fast-paced, high-volume process.

You should have experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing sales talent, with bonus points for selling experience or high-ticket sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting salespeople, preferably revenue-generating roles.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound strategies.
• Skilled at interviewing, screening, and moving candidates through high-volume processes.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting across Curvion Blue's sales organization.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for closers, setters, and sales leaders.
• Screen candidates to assess experience, motivation, and sales ability.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offers; manage candidate pipeline.
• Build relationships with top sales professionals and leverage a warm network.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve processes.
