Southern National Roofing is seeking a High Ticket Sales Closer to convert pre-qualified in-home leads into signed roofing contracts. You will focus on closing high-value opportunities, leveraging strong negotiation and customer relationship skills, and traveling to scheduled appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing and meeting targets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable in commission-based roles.
• Ability to travel to customer appointments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 8-12 pre-scheduled, pre-qualified in-home sales presentations weekly.
• Assess customer needs and present roofing solutions effectively.
• Close high ticket sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Participate in company training and stay current with product knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Operate as a road warrior, traveling to customer appointments as scheduled.
