Job summary

Southern National Roofing is looking for in-home sales closers and sales representatives who want to earn serious money through company-provided appointments and commissions. You will focus on closing large roofing deals with pre-qualified leads and drive to scheduled in-home consultations.

Expect monthly earnings in the five-figure range via progressive, uncapped commissions and a paid two-week training program. Prior outside sales experience is mandatory for this role.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior outside sales experience is mandatory.
• Proven history of meeting sales objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Open to coaching and eager to acquire new skills.
• Self-discipline and high motivation for financial success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 8-12 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on company products and services.
• Drive to pre-set appointments with no cold calling or door knocking.
• Complete a paid two-week training program with our sales training team.
• Attend regular sales meetings.
