Expect to manage 8–12 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly, with compensation including uncapped commissions and ongoing training. The role suits experienced sales professionals seeking substantial income through performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior outside sales experience is mandatory.
• Demonstrated history of meeting sales objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to establish rapport and foster trust with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Sell roofing products and services to homeowners.
• Meet with homeowners, assess needs, and close sales.
• Leads are pre-qualified and provided; no cold calling.
• Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on company products.
• Attend regular sales meetings and drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a paid two-week training program as part of onboarding.
