Qualifications

• Experience or genuine interest in healthcare, coaching, wellness, or education.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding enrollment targets with non-pressuring approach.
• Ability to work independently and with a small mission-driven team.
• Preferred: prior experience in inside sales, admissions advising, enrollment counseling, or similar roles.

THE ROLE:

The High Ticket Closer is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment journey for Nurse Life Coach Academy programs. You'll conduct consultative sales calls, ask thoughtful questions to understand each nurse's goals, and present program details with clarity and empathy. You'll manage a consistent pipeline, use CRM tools to track outreach and conversions, and collaborate with marketing and operations to refine the sales process - all while representing the Academy's mission to support nurses in building careers that truly heal.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE

Pay: Commission-based | 10% of closed revenue | OTE $7,500-$10,500/month

Classification: 1099 to start | W-2 eligible at 90 days
