Nurse Life Coach Academy is hiring a High Ticket Closer to work fully remotely with a US-based focus. The role guides prospective students through the enrollment journey for our programs, conducting consultative calls, addressing objections, and presenting program details with empathy.

You will manage a steady pipeline using CRM tools, collaborate with marketing and operations to refine the sales process, and strive to meet enrollment targets while upholding ethical advising standards.

Qualifications

• Strong consultative sales skills; build trust, ask insightful questions, and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication; clear spoken and written English and active listening.
• Comfort with remote work tools; CRM, video conferencing, scheduling tools.
• Experience or genuine interest in healthcare, coaching, wellness, or education.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding enrollment targets with non-pressuring approach.
• Ability to work independently and with a small mission-driven team.
• Preferred: prior experience in inside sales, admissions advising, enrollment counseling, or similar roles.

Responsabilités

• Conduct consultative enrollment calls, guiding nurses through high-level decisions and handling objections with confidence
• Manage a consistent pipeline - following up with leads and tracking outreach, conversations, and conversions in CRM tools
• Meet or exceed enrollment targets while maintaining the highest ethical standards in advising
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging, share prospect feedback, and continuously improve the sales process
