The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of relevant experience, strong research/writing skills, and California Bar admission or eligibility. This role offers exposure to top clients and career progression in a premier IP practice.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4–7 years of IP or complex technology litigation experience.
• Experience handling patent, trade-secret or technology-related disputes.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting substantive motions and briefs.
• Strong discovery and case-management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs.
• Conduct legal and technical research.
• Manage discovery and document-production workstreams.
• Prepare for claim-construction proceedings where applicable.
• Work with experts and prepare witnesses for depositions.
