Qualifications

• Two to four years of relevant litigation experience and exposure to AI, copyright, trademark and trade secrets.
• Strong research, writing and briefing skills with ability to manage diverse matters.
• Experience drafting substantive litigation documents and case strategy; client service focus.
• Admission to the California Bar and high academic credentials from a top law school.

Responsibilities

• Handle AI, copyright, trademark, trade secret and false advertising disputes.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions and briefs.
• Oversee discovery, document collection and e-discovery management.
• Develop litigation and enforcement strategies with senior lawyers.
• Advise on product-development risk and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with privacy, technology and appellate teams.
• Participate in depositions, hearings and trial preparation.
• Maintain client communications and manage concurrent matters.
