You will perform SI measurements with VNA/TDR, develop DOE plans, and automate tests with Python, while staying current with IEEE 802.3 and PCIe standards. This role emphasizes data-driven analysis and reliable test methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, EM, RF, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in signal integrity or high-speed hardware testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with design, simulation, and manufacturing teams.

Responsabilités

• Perform SI measurements to evaluate copper cable performance using advanced lab equipment.
• Debug and conduct root cause analysis on failed devices with manufacturing engineers.
• Develop and execute DOE plans to identify issues and drive resolution.
• Correlate measurement results with simulation models with cable design and SI teams.
• Collaborate on test fixture development and de-embedding methodologies.
• Stay current with standards such as IEEE 802.3 and PCIe; keep test methods up-to-date.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for lab equipment control and data processing.
• Support cable validation procedures including mechanical reliability tests like flexing/bending.
