Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions in Nashua, NH is seeking a Test Engineer- Signal Integrity to join the High Speed Products Group. The role focuses on designing repeatable SI experiments, analyzing data, and correlating measurements with simulations to improve connector and component performance.

You will work hands-on with VNAs, oscilloscopes, and TDRs, develop automation scripts in Python/MATLAB, and build tools to standardize data review across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in signal integrity measurement and analysis.
• Comfort with VNAs, oscilloscopes, and TDRs in lab setups.
• Programming in Python or MATLAB for data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design repeatable SI experiments to evaluate connector and component performance.
• Develop metrics and analysis methods to distinguish good components from weak ones.
• Perform hands-on measurements and rapid experiments to test hypotheses.
• Correlate simulations, measurements and observed behavior with SI team.
• Root cause performance loss and clearly communicate findings to engineers.
• Build and maintain tools for data intake, automation, visualization, and dashboards.
