Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering; MS preferred.
• 10+ years in engineering management with high-speed SI teams.
• Experience with HFSS, CST Microwave, and Ansys tools.
• Strong communication and leadership to align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of signal integrity engineers on copper-based I/O cable assemblies for up to 448 Gbps/lane.
• Translate customer requirements into designs, tooling, processes, tests, and production transfer.
• Collaborate with internal teams and global customers to define performance targets.
• Drive roadmaps and present to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and promote design-methodology improvements.
• Support sales and applications for break-in strategies; ramp-up production support.
