Job summary

Refresco in Texas is seeking a warehouse associate to support beverage production lines by sustaining materials flow, operating equipment, and maintaining sanitation. You will follow GMP guidelines and PPE requirements while contributing to quality and efficiency on the floor.

The role requires a High School diploma and 1–3 years in manufacturing; forklift certification is a plus. This full-time position offers medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and

Qualifications

Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
Ability to read and understand production schedules and communicate deviations.
Forklift certification may be required.
Basic math, gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements understanding.

Responsibilities

Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
Maintain production flow by monitoring machinery and supplying raw materials.
Follow QA and SOPs and perform equipment changeovers readin' imperial/metric measurements.
Record downtime and production data; ensure accurate documentation.
Perform equipment and general sanitation; support cross training and inventory management.
