The coach will lead practices, select the team roster, and maintain communication with parents while ensuring that athletes adhere to safety regulations and personal development standards.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience at the high school level or higher.
• Strong understanding of baseball techniques and competition strategies.
• Proven ability to manage a team and effective conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions for the Varsity and Junior Varsity baseball teams.
• Select and manage the team roster, including conducting tryouts.
• Communicate regularly with parents about team progress and events.
