Job summary

ReNEW Schools in Greenwood is looking for a Middle School Coach to support the athletic program by providing leadership and guidance to student-athletes. The coach will collaborate with the varsity coaching staff and promote positive behavior and teamwork.

Responsibilities include supervision during practices and competitions, ensuring compliance with all athletic regulations, and fostering an environment prioritizing student well-being. Previous coaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to serve as a positive role model for middle school student-athletes.
• Previous coaching experience or experience working with youth preferred.
• Knowledge of sport-specific fundamentals, rules, and coaching techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction, supervision, and guidance during practices and competitions.
• Promote positive sportsmanship and teamwork among student-athletes.
• Attend all scheduled practices, contests, and meetings.
