Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adapt learning materials to students’ needs.
• Keep track of and reflect on students’ progress.
• Monitor students’ behavioral patterns and arrange interventions.
• Prepare students for transition to the next grade.
• Collaborate with school counselors and speech therapists to create holistic plans.
• Promote equity and appreciation of diversity through culturally responsive practices.
