Job summary

Nurtur Aveda in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an Outreach and Recruitment Specialist to develop and implement a high school recruitment and community outreach strategy. You will focus on building meaningful partnerships with local schools, counselors, and community organizations to increase visibility and enrollment.

The role requires strong communication, event planning, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior work experience in recruitment, high school counseling, admissions, or community relations preferred.
• Demonstrate self-direction, initiative, resourcefulness, and follow-through with the ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a high school recruitment and community outreach strategy.
• Build partnerships with high school counselors, community college coordinators, and students.
• Manage recruitment campaigns using marketing and data-driven processes.
• Organize on-campus recruitment events and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid to meet enrollment goals.
• Represent the Institute as a local ambassador and establish referral partnerships.
