Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, counseling, admissions, or community relations preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; professional and confidential manner.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the Nurtur Core Values and Aveda Success Factors in Sales and Recruitment (New Business).
• Manage and execute recruitment strategies to increase high school student awareness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors, coordinators, and students.
• Develop market-specific recruitment strategies to support enrollment goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with salons, wellness businesses, and community partners.
• Identify new partnership opportunities to increase brand awareness and enrollment.
• Serve as the local ambassador for the Institute in the community.
• Develop referral partnerships for sustainable enrollment pipelines.
• Counsel prospective students on admissions processes and program options.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid to meet enrollment goals.
• Events and Marketing: organize outreach programs and events; promote products and the Institute's mission.
• Plan and attend on-campus recruitment events; ensure presence at community events.
