Job summary

Nurtur Holdings LLC is seeking an Enrollment Recruitment Specialist in Columbus, Ohio to lead high school outreach and recruitment efforts for the Aveda Institute. You will build partnerships with local schools, counselors, and community partners, organize events, manage marketing processes, and guide prospective students through admissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior work experience in recruitment, high school counseling, admissions, or community relations preferred.
• Exhibit self-direction, initiative, resourcefulness, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in manner and dress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high school recruitment and outreach strategy.
• Build partnerships with counselors, coordinators, and students.
• Organize community outreach programs and on-campus recruitment events.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid to meet enrollment goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local salons, wellness businesses, and community partners.
