Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies using marketing and data-driven processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community college coordinators, and students.

• Counsel prospective students through admissions requirements and programs.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid to meet enrollment goals.
• Participate in regular team meetings and stay updated on policies and programs.
• Organize on-campus recruitment events and manage CRM records.
• Engage in community outreach and relationship-building with salons and spas.
