• Develop and implement high school recruitment and community outreach strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with high school counselors, community colleges, salons, and wellness partners.
• Plan and execute market-specific recruitment events and on-campus activities.
• Assist Admissions and Financial Aid to meet enrollment goals.
• Create social media content and promote the Institute's mission locally.
• Serve as a local ambassador and develop sustainable enrollment pipelines.
