You will build meaningful partnerships with local schools, counselors, and community organizations to increase visibility and enrollment.

The role focuses on creating data-driven recruitment campaigns, coordinating events, and serving as an ambassador for the Institute at community activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior work experience in recruitment, admissions, or community relations preferred.
• Exhibit self-direction and initiative with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in manner, dress, and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a high school recruitment and community outreach strategy.
• Manage recruitment strategies using marketing and data-driven processes to raise student awareness.
• Build and maintain partnerships with counselors, coordinators, high schools, and community partners.
• Organize and participate in on-campus recruitment events and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid to meet enrollment goals.
• Serve as local ambassador for the Institute within the community.
