Qualifications

• Food Protection Manager certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations, directing staff and managing inventory.
• Ensure compliance with USDA and Health Department standards.
• Maintain production sheets, proper ordering and POS transactions.
• Train and coach Nutrition Services staff.
• Ensure meals are reimbursable under USDA regulations; follow programs.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and administration; accommodate field trips/catering.
