Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook in a similar setting preferred.
• Bilingual as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Handle meal prep and presentation according to district recipes and menus.
• Follow health department standards to ensure food safety and sanitation.
• Assist with inventory management and receiving orders.
• Lead other cooks on site when applicable and coordinate with Kitchen Manager.
• Prepare and review production sheets daily to ensure adequate quantities.
• Maintain clean and sanitized prep areas and equipment.
