Qualifications

• 3+ years of teaching experience in education (preferred).
• Completion of MTELs in Communication and Literacy and in the content area by end of first year.
• SEI endorsement by end of first year of employment.
• Experience modifying curriculum for equity and access.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute rigorous daily lesson plans aligned to MA frameworks.
• Utilize data sources to drive instruction and plan supports.
• Use diverse assessments to measure student progress toward standards.
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
• Implement IEPs, 504 plans, and EL strategies to support goals.
• Communicate and collaborate with families and colleagues in line with DREAM values.
