Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in education (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in education or content area (required) or Master's degree (preferred).
• Completion of MTELs in Communication and Literacy and in the content area by the end of the first year of employment.
• SEI endorsement by the end of the first year of employment.
• Experience accommodating and modifying curriculum to allow curriculum access.
• Experience working on teams and collaborating with professionals.
• Knowledge of state and federal compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly-effective instruction aligned to MA Frameworks and assess student progress.
• Engage in daily planning and data-driven instruction to close achievement gaps.
• Collaborate with general education, special education, and ELL teachers in co-taught settings.
• Implement SEI strategies and plan for differentiation to ensure equitable access.
• Communicate with families and colleagues; participate in professional development and planning.
