Applitrack is seeking a Campus Security Supervisor for a high school setting, responsible for patrolling, monitoring behavior, and enforcing rules to ensure student safety. The role involves coordinating with administration and counselors, supervising events, and maintaining security systems across campus.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in security or law enforcement, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Specialized courses in law enforcement and/or security preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Desire to work with at-risk youth is important.
• Knowledge of and experience in law enforcement is preferred.
• Ability to make effective decisions while handling ambiguous situations.
• Operating knowledge of computers, telephone, and two-way radio.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor campus, parking lots, lunch areas, and building to provide security and deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain camera systems, including installing, monitoring, and burning videos.
• Mediate student conflicts and investigate incidents; coordinate with SROs as needed.
• Supervise evening events and assist with setup if required.
