Job summary

Applitrack is seeking a School Security/Support role to assist in enforcing district policies, supervise the In-School Suspension room, and monitor student activity across campus. The position collaborates daily with Deans and supports the campus safety committee during drills and emergencies.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or GED, demonstrate strong communication skills, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor while handling multiple tasks in a school setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with staff, parents, and students.
• Calm demeanor with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic math and computer skills, including Google Suite.
• Ability to interact with a diverse school community.

Responsibilities

• Assist in enforcing the rules and regulations stated in the School handbook.
• Supervise the In-School Suspension room and assist with related duties.
• Supervise students in various locations, including the parking lot, during school hours.
• Work with the Deans daily and support the school safety committee tasks.
• As part of the campus security team, aid in responding to emergencies and drills.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
