Job summary

Serrato Corporation seeks a Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security of the Center, supervise officers, and coordinate 24/7 operations. The role requires strong leadership, incident reporting, and enforcement of policies to protect students and staff.

Responsibilities include patrols, access control, and collaboration with management on drills and safety programs. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures and facility safety.
• Leadership and good judgement are essential for supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and security of the Center and supervise security officers.
• Enforce laws, rules, and policies within authority.
• Conduct patrols and monitor surveillance and alarms to prevent incidents.
• Prepare and file accident and incident reports; manage access control and visitor passes.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection and training of security cadets and staff.
• Assist in safety drills and fire preparedness per center policy.
