27J Schools is seeking a Campus Security Supervisor for a High School in the Denver area. The role focuses on keeping the campus safe, patrolling facilities, monitoring behavior, and supporting administration.

You will supervise evening events, enforce rules, and manage conflicts with at-risk youth while coordinating with SROs and staff. Requires a HS diploma and security-related coursework or experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Specialized courses in security or law enforcement are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Desire to work with at-risk youth and maintain safety on campus.
• Basic computer, phone, and radio operation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor campus, parking lots, lunch areas, and buildings to provide security and deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain and monitor camera systems, including video playback and storage.
• Mediate student conflicts and investigate incidents, communicating with SROs as needed.
• Enforce attendance policies and school rules; assist administration as required.
• Supervise evening events and assist with setup when needed.
