Job summary

Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD FOOD SERVICES in San Juan, Texas, is seeking a Cafeteria Manager for a high school to supervise, train, and manage the campus food service operation. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; TASN certification preferred.
• Experience in institutional food service operations is indicated by the job duties.

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production records.
• Direct daily activities in kitchen and cafeteria.
• Maintain serving schedules and serve items per menu specifications.
• Supervise and train cafeteria staff for efficiency and morale.
