Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production records.
• Direct daily activities in kitchen and cafeteria.
• Maintain serving schedules and serve all food items per menu specifications.
• Supervise and train campus cafeteria staff; ensure compliance with health codes.
• Maintain accurate payroll and inventory records.
